I find it uncomfortable

The shoes were a bit uncomfortable when I just got them but I really liked the way they looked and figured that since they're Salomon I'll just have to give them some time. After almost two months and many walks/trials I gave up on them because they just aren't comfortable and my feet hurt after just a short walk in them.

They are amazing out of the box. The design is perfect. The laces go through the tongue of the shoe and are easy to put on and take off.

Great winter sneakers

I really like these winter trail running shoes, they handle mud, snow and ice very well and are very safe. Great toe protection too. Love her!

Very stiff seam at the ankle, otherwise great

There is a very rough seam on the heel, right where the ankle sticks out. The problem isn't the seam placement (all my other Salomon Gore-Tex shoes have the same seam) but the stiffness or flatness of the seam. Pain and blistering appear immediately. I tried hacking them but that didn't make the problem any easier. Otherwise great quality and design like many other XA Salomon shoes I've had.
