Excellent gauge for your boat. Not much for your truck. The backlight is good, but the display's glow is so bright at night that it blinds the eyes. Otherwise, I have no complaints about the sensor. I'll be returning it and replacing it with an analog sensor simply because it's so bright at night.

Special transmitter required. I installed and didn't get the display I expected. Can't give 1 star or 5 stars so 3 stars until I can test it anyway and will update if needed. I contacted the seller and got an answer about the requirements for the transmitter from 0 to 90 ohms (I don't think I remember, it was so long ago).
