I bought these to replace the plastic bottles and the price and quantity seemed great. However, as I proceeded with the installation, the cap wasn't long enough to cover the entire Presta valve, leaving a small gap for dirt and debris to get in. I'll look for a slightly longer version of this.

It was great to have a snug fitting good looking aluminum lid that keeps the elements out. Revain has loads of other options, but I didn't need a multi-pack of 10 different colors, so this black and silver matched it perfectly.

I got them to replace the plastic caps which strip threads and get lost easily. Some of these metal caps were coarsely threaded and required extra effort to install, but they seem fine now. The color selection could be bigger. BUT bike wheels come in pairs! Ten caps make two black pairs, two silver pairs, and one mismatched pair (one black, one silver). With two colors, a multiple of four would make more sense.

Bought these caps. I figured it would be better to use a metal cap on my good road bike than cheap plastic caps. As soon as I took them out of my pocket, I noticed how tiny they looked! My impression was correct. They are small enough to fit over the presta valve and twist once (while my plastic caps twist 4-5 times).
