I use it to attach a tarp, mainly for camping in a hammock. Because it's a hollow core, it allows for splicing and creating infinite loops and other useful tools. Good stuff, used a few rolls, just came out.

It's lightweight and very durable. It's a bit slippery so just add another loop like tight rope to the knots and it'll hold just fine.
