We used USB C and HDMI to connect the MacBook Pro and PlayStation. The monitor allows us to switch between devices or even display them side by side in picture-in-picture mode.

I figured I could just install two displays and this monitor seems perfect for my needs. I've had my current one for years and it works like new.

I am very happy with this monitor! It's very nice! Now this monitor has become a great assistant for me in programming and reading diplomas! Perhaps the only downside is that although the USB Type-C in this monitor can charge my 2018 15" MacBook Pro, 45W isn't enough for my laptop, especially when I'm running some power-hungry apps. Bought two of these Samsung SH850 series 27 inch QHD 2560 x 1440 desktop monitors for business and both died less than six months later. Zero withdrawal symptoms. On the first one I left the room for coffee, it worked fine and came back and it was dead (no power or something). The second monitor went out the same way. Note that the listing states a three-year warranty and Samsung informed me that the warranty is only for one year.

This monitor is VERY basic compared to other monitors. I bought it as a second display for my Imac. All reviews of poor image quality are exaggerated. the quality is ok. I installed it next to my 5k retina imac and it looks great. A big plus is the presence of a rotating stand. Has a USB-C variant so I needed 1 small cable to connect it to my Mac. SATISFIED CUSTOMER 😁

After 14 months, the monitor just showed nothing, just black. The power light is on, the computer recognizes it, but nothing appears on the screen. Tried different cables, different computers, different ports, it's just a $400 black screen, oh.

We bought it for our college student. He died within 90 days. The seller was in no hurry to reply and said that this was not his problem as it had been 30 days since the purchase. As with other reviewers, the back of the monitor came completely detached and had to be snapped back into place. Happened to two units shipped from different locations. The processing quality leaves a lot to be desired. Pros: Stunning picture/brightness. USB-c connection. The ability to send two displays over one USB-c cable and then translate it to Displayport for the second display. (That's cool, and I don't see it clearly spelled out anywhere.) As with many other reviews, I can't seem to get the USB-C feature to work properly. Eventually I got so fed up with it that I switched to HDMI. It works but defeats the reason I bought this monitor in the first place. The monitor works differently. The picture is generally good, but the text is very grainy. I would have returned it if I hadn't passed the return date. If you need a USB-C monitor, look elsewhere.

I cannot praise this monitor more highly. I don't think there is a better monitor for the price. As a web developer, I've been in love with him for about 2 weeks.

The monitor looks amazing and has a great mount that allows you to rotate the screen to any orientation, including portrait. Picture quality is pretty good, but not the best. So if this is your number one criterion, keep looking.
