As with other reviewers, the back of the monitor came completely detached and had to be snapped back into place. Happened to two units shipped from different locations. The processing quality leaves a lot to be desired. Pros: Stunning picture/brightness. USB-c connection. The ability to send two displays over one USB-c cable and then translate it to Displayport for the second display. (That's cool, and I don't see it clearly spelled out anywhere.) Cons: Cheap plastic case, bulky "joystick" on the back for selecting monitor settings.
