The tablet arrived in new packaging but support said it needs to be activated in the UAE before it can be used in the US LTE network network can be used. You do not travel to the UAE to activate your tablet. You must return the product. It's great when only used for Wi-Fi. The product description says nothing about the need for activation abroad.

The tablet is great but I bought it to use with tmobile and after emailing the seller who said it works for them at cricket , I called tmobile to get the apn settings but to no avail. You said wrong imei. Yes it's a new tablet but from what I've learned it's not compatible with tmobile no matter how you try. I was disappointed to find this despite the box and ad saying it is a mobile phone. This is NOT a SIM card slot, it has a black plastic part that prevents the SIM card from being inserted. So crazy. I had to send it back.

Tablet works great! I use it to watch movies, surf the web and draw. Overall a great tablet. I put in a Cricket SIM card so I can make calls and be connected to the internet when Wi-Fi isn't available. The seller was fast, the device came in 2 days!
