The best purchase in my life, I will definitely buy it again.

My first smart watch, so there is nothing to compare with. However, I can say that they are very comfortable and look good enough. But sometimes I still have the feeling that it was worth taking another model in a larger size. The price, as for me, is a bit overpriced, after all, this is the first version, not the second. It's best to get the discount. The strap is very pleasant, does not rub, leaves no traces.

Pros
  • Pleasant appearance, speed of work, ease of use. The screen is very durable, more than once withstood blows against other objects, it does not scratch. Waterproof, checked, everything is fine. Touch bezel.
Cons
  • Not a very powerful battery, so it lasts for 2 days, sometimes even for 1. The case itself is a little scratched when hit, but not critical

A terrible product, not worth your money absolutely!

After a year of use, the conclusion is that it would be better not to buy. For half the price, one could take a watch from a well-known brand from China, which perform all the same functions, and even live longer without recharging. The last straw was the following situation: There was only one feature that made me happy - a reminder of activity. Every hour of "sitting" at work, the clock chimed - "Hey! It's time to warm up!", do body twists. A few months ago, for unknown reasons, the watch…

Pros
  • - NFC; - design
Cons
  • - low accuracy of counting steps; - OS glitches (for some reason, steps are counted during cycling); - low autonomy; - do not meet expectations from the name "Active"

I'm very happy with the product, it's very satisfying.

The impression is good. The watch is light and comfortable. There are all necessary functions. But! The price is a little high. It was possible to add the ability to answer calls for this money. Also, for such a display, the bezel is too wide. This is a lot. The battery does not last more than 1.5 days. With the heart rate tracking turned off. And if you turn on all the functions that are provided, they will sit down on the same day. After a 15% charge decrease, NFC payment is not possible.

Pros
  • Best choice for smart watch. There are no extra bells and whistles, but everything you need is in place. Sharpened for Samsung, there were no special problems when synchronizing with the phone. All chips work as they should.
Cons
  • No

I'm very happy, it really is worth buying.

this is my first smart watch and there is nothing to compare with, but in general I like everything they are discharged quickly (if there was a long training, then in a day, if not, then one and a half), but they are also charged; I put them on charge while I take a shower, it does not cause inconvenience I didn’t swim in the watch, I didn’t specifically check the water protection - I can’t say anything here, but I have no doubt that everything is ok The main conclusion: I need this watch to…

Pros
  • - easy to set up and pair with the phone (my old Huawei pulled all the necessary applications and plug-ins and does not complain, it only discharges very quickly when bluetooth is on) - pleasant to use - beautiful, the screen is bright (but in my opinion, the appearance is more for women), intuitive - I finally started to follow the balance of calories, with this watch and the samsung health app it's easy - the phone is not always with me (it can lie on the desktop, and I walk around the office or apartment), so a clock with notifications and a vibrating signal about the loss of communication with a mobile phone is what you need - for the same reason - the pedometer on the watch is better for me - at meetings / meetings / to the theater, when the phone is on silent, it is again convenient that everything that happens is displayed on the clock - the watch itself turns on the training mode, if you go briskly, ride a bike or run (it's very nice that intimate "exercises" are also counted and even then you can see how many calories burned))) (but you can also manually turn on - training options in a lot of applications) - I like that there is "sleep monitoring", but this, of course, is pampering, it's just interesting to see what happens to the body at night - for 2 weeks no scratches on the case or scuffs on the strap appeared
Cons
  • Not shortcomings, but something that personally does not meet our expectations: - the vibration on the alarm clock is rather weak and it is too easy to turn off this alarm clock (I turn it off without waking up, and even if I don’t turn it off - well, it vibrates quietly for a minute, it doesn’t turn on again - I’m sleeping) - typing text messages is a hassle, because the keyboard is very small, and voice input is recognized so-so, as a result, I only read notifications, I can send emoji in response, and I even stopped trying to respond with text; but it’s still convenient - you can see on the clock whether it’s worth getting the phone out of the bag or it will wait - there was a day when they called me, and the clock was silent, notifications about letters and from messengers came at the same time (I don’t know what’s the matter, maybe the permissions flew off, and then recovered again) - now I only wear the phone complete with a power bank, because the always-on blu tooth takes out a charge from the battery almost instantly, but I have an old one (3 years) and without a watch it also quickly discharges - I tried to install maps for navigation and an application for remote shooting with a phone camera - I deleted it, the map does not obey at all on such a small screen (maybe it’s easier on a watch with a bezel) and dialing the address is not realistic for the same reason that text messages ))

Completely standard product, nothing remarkable.

In general, with great love and nostalgia, I remember the pebble 2, which have long been discontinued and sold. That's where a week of work, and a sane sleep monitor, and a heart rate monitor in any conditions. And as many alarms as you want. There was an opinion that the Samsung, in pursuit of colored buns-pictures, missed something more important and necessary. Would not buy again and would not recommend this product to anyone.

Pros
  • External attractiveness, stability of work (for six months of use, there have never been communication failures / glitches / freezes / reboots, etc.). Nice dials, good screen, normal color reproduction and sufficient brightness for any conditions
Cons
  • I'll start with the main one. Batteries hardly last for 2 days (with a minimum of loads: WITHOUT a constant heart rate monitor during training, WITHOUT a constantly on screen and without other things). I don’t even know what to expect if I use the device to the fullest. This is just a disaster, the whole operational life of the device revolves around charging: charging, charging, put on charge, do not forget to remove from charge, you need to charge it in advance, otherwise the alarm clock is set on them, where is the charge, take the charge . Reverse charge from The phone is also not a panacea - surprisingly very long and inconvenient. Next, about the heart rate monitor. It is extremely difficult to use them in training. I don’t know about others, but in 99% of cases I constantly ask to wipe the sensor. Naturally, I'm sweating, I'm in training! I did not understand what to do with this, so I scored. The sleep monitor is also kind of stupid, constantly writing to sleep the time of weak activity before falling asleep, as well as the usual lying down after the alarm clock. Today, in his opinion, I slept from 21 to 8 hours. If only, my friend) In my opinion, there are also problems with the accuracy of determining the phases of sleep. At the same time, there is no sleep analytics. Otherwise, working with physical activity comes down to an hourly reminder of the need to move and praise if you were active. It takes a long time to determine the types of activity (in my opinion, it should still take less than 15 minutes to understand that I am on an ellipse, or on a track). In general, such a companion of a healthy lifestyle. You can set only one alarm clock in one widget, you need more alarm clocks - add a widget for each alarm clock (not needed - delete, in general, experience as many inconveniences as possible). I didn’t see any more useful things for myself, so at the moment for me this watch is an alarm clock and a device for reading notifications / receiving messages about calls when the phone is not in hand. In the shower, the screen constantly reacts to water. There is an appropriate mode of operation that excludes these reactions, but it must be turned on and off manually. It's easier to just take it off.

Slim functional watch with smart functions

I bought this watch because it is relatively smaller and thinner and also offers heart rate and blood pressure measurement (BP coming later). Also, I love gadgets. I play with the watch a lot, so the battery only lasts 36 hours (I plan to charge it daily). It's thin and fits under the cuff of my shirt. I wear it 24/7 for several days (also to bed, as well as in the shower and to the gym). It's very comfortable (no itching or chafing) and works well. The heart rate tracker is fairly accurate…

Pros
  • Cool

So I think it's almost perfect

I've had a Gear Fit2 since June 2016 and wanted to upgrade it. I saw the flashy event Samsung had for it in February 2019 and should have gotten it. My biggest reason (besides the fact that the Gear Fit2 will inevitably die) was the aesthetic upgrade. Gear Fit2 was very much like "Hey, I'm wearing a fitness watch!" with its long, rectangular curve partially encircling the wrist. Samsung Galaxy Active says "Hey, I'm wearing a watch!" Coming from the Gear Fit2, I see all of its fitness-focused…

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • No paint required
