I love them so much! But they don't stay in your ears at all. This is a constant struggle. Makes them unprofitable to buy. Complete shame

The sound is amazing. I can't believe they have headphones that sound this good. This is madness. BUT! Please make an accessory that attaches to them to hold them in your ears. It's impossible to enjoy amazing sound when they're constantly coming out of your ears, especially when you're exercising. I had to disable the touch functions on them because I have to customize them so often.

I wanted a good pair of headphones for 2 Samsung phones (Note 20 / S9). The earbuds and their 3 separate rubber tips don't work well with my odd head and just don't seem to fit. Worse, my $20 earbuds could switch between phones, while this cool-sounding bud set couldn't. Also, my $20 headphones could answer a call by touching it. The headphones only allow you to adjust the volume or turn noise cancellation on or off. I wanted it to work but not for me.

I was concerned about buying a refurbished one but got everything I needed except a charger that plugs into the wall (you can use it from your phone). I received the buds in a small case that holds and charges them. Three sets of rubber ear pads and a Type-C cable to charge the headphone box. There was no original packaging, no instructions. I personally don't care. Got everything I needed to use my headphones right out of the box.

I did not receive the original packaging but I received the S, M and L size earbuds in perfect condition and everything was perfect. My case charges well, headphones work and charge well, etc. The only thing that bothers me is the little buzz I hear when nothing is playing, but Reddit said it was natural so I would to ignore. I've heard that resetting the buds can also fix the problem, but it didn't work for me. It might just be my phone as my computer doesn't seem to make that much noise when…

I didn't understand what "updated" means; I thought it was a discontinued model coming back to market. I couldn't imagine reselling an in-ear device being allowed. When it arrived I immediately realized my mistake and was horrified to find earwax on the unit and lint on the extra headphones. It doesn't appear to be safe or hygienic. If you have the cash to spend over $100 on headphones, I think you should probably spend a few extra bucks on something that hasn't been in another stranger's ear…
