Bought this phone in September last year, started using it on October 3rd, and on October 16th the phone turned itself off and not on, the battery was fully charged , this is not a good phone

This phone is listed as 4G capable multiple times. It is not true. The ATT employee who activated the SIM card warned us that this phone will be obsolete in a few months when the 3G network shuts down as it DOES NOT SUPPORT 4G. The best network option in the settings is LTE/3G/2G. THIS PHONE IS AN EPIC WASTE OF MONEY, DON'T THINK!

Excellent phone because of the battery function, very good. Great for people who don't use their phone often and don't need a fast phone. I love it but it's slow for my taste but maybe good enough for others. It's not AMOLED which has slightly better color contrast but the battery in this phone is great. PS for this price there is an updated S9.

I received this phone in November 2020, it is now January 2021 and the phone does not turn on. It was in my pocket, I accidentally took it out and didn't turn it on. I think okay, the battery just sat down. I know I didn't break the screen because even it will flicker or do something. I plug it in, there is no normal vibration or 0% on the screen. Left it charging overnight, no luck. Really disappointed, nice little phone for the money but not when it fails within 2 months.

I bought this phone mainly for personal use as I use my other phone for work. I was able to call Straight Talk support and they were able to help me throughout the process.
