Perfect for my needs

I don't like regular sandpaper. I prefer wet sand most of the time and this is perfect. Flexible and easily wetted. They can also be used for dry grinding. My hands are small and easy to maneuver.

A must have in every model builder's toolbox.

Ideal for preparing plastic models for painting. Thanks to its soft flexibility, you can meet any intricate contour. Ideal for removing those pesky orange peel textures, leaving you with a smooth, glassy paint finish.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Many accessories

Leaves a glassy finish!

These sanding pads are perfect between layers of urethane for our woodworking projects. It leaves an absolutely flawless smooth surface. The only downside is that since they are very good, they can easily clog. We use them every day and they work great.

Pros
  • Industrial & Scientific
Cons
  • Not as thick as other router bits

Best sanding sponges

I had these sanding sponges before and after about 3 years I finally bought another set. They last a long time with moderate use and are available in four different grits. Even the grain size of Microfine is sufficient to give the surface a satin finish or to create a slight friction effect. After long-term use, simply rinse with water and clean, this will keep the sanding sponges healthy. I cut the sponges into rectangles to my liking with scissors.

Pros
  • Finishing materials
Cons
  • Slightly torn

They are great for body work as they don't leak.

Thank you for offering them as a mixed bag with all 'grits' so I didn't have to buy 4 huge expensive boxes! conventional sandpaper and they are much easier to work with and also easier to hold. Note that they are on the lower end of the specified grit and will remove a lot of material when you press on them as they are much easier to press firmly as they are soft.

Pros
  • Abrasive Sponges
Cons
  • Wrinkled
