My AC technician is charging me $100 to replace this bulb. It fit perfectly and was the same light they would sell me. So happy with the savings. I plan to order a few more when I need to replace this lamp.

This item was DOA. Unfortunately I can't return it as my "return window" is outside of my return. I enjoy trying and keeping a few items as I am a builder but as this is now a complete waste for me I won't be able to do that anymore. I will collect these items from my local retailer.

Took an OEM Sanuvox bulb, a Chinese fake and a Hungarian (OSRAM) bulb bought in Europe and sent them all to MAT university lab for comparison. There were no significant differences between OEM and OSRAM, except that OSRAM cost significantly less than OEM, even with VAT paid in Germany. , but not significant relative to intended use in a residential HVAC system.
