Unfortunately, I've tested it many times on the DJI Osmo Pocket's built-in microphone and haven't heard a difference, so I personally don't think it's worth buying.

Constant hum in recordings even after I isolated it from electrical equipment. The buzzing stopped for a split second, then returned after playing with connection and position.

Great addition to my new Sony RX100 VII with external 3.5 mic jack. This little mic does a great job of canceling out wind noise. Very clear and high quality sound. I highly recommend this inexpensive microphone.

It doesn't work for me because I shoot outdoors most of the time. It would be useful to shoot indoors as the noise is minimal, but why use this mic for indoor recording when the sound quality isn't very good.

Most mics of this size are good or bad as many are designed for phones and have different rings around the plug. It works well and the audio is definitely better than the in-camera mic (not the best, but better). I don't know how this thing made it, but it survived the washer and dryer! I thought he was definitely dead but the mic and audio are still fine.

are excellent in my humble opinion. It also packs well. I have a small tactical waist pack that I can put my charging cables, a Gopro5, a DJI Osmos pouch, a charger and a microphone in. It's the perfect little device for this setup. But the card reader leaves a lot to be desired. I tried to use it and my 64GB microcard got stuck in it and had to struggle to get it out and had to use tools to remove it so I can't review it yet.
