The paint peeled off when my baby put the toy in his mouth!

The green and yellow colors of the green fish disappeared and landed around my 9 month old baby's mouth after I held the fish (like babies do) in her mouth for a few seconds! DO NOT BUY THIS - the paint is probably toxic. My baby is fine, but that's what worries me the most. This product and all others by this company must be recalled.

Pros
  • Wide Spectrum
Cons

Attention parents and guardians!

Paint flakes off these fish easily! Our daughter leaned against one of these fish while playing with her toys in the tub and the paint was all over her back. Not to mention that she is a 10 month old baby and therefore has a habit of putting things in her mouth. We have no idea if she swallowed paint. I don't normally leave reviews (negative or otherwise), but for the sake of the kids and their families, I really felt I had to say something. This is a poor quality product and parents will notโ€ฆ

Toddler loves it in the kitchen and dining room

This product is a hit with my little one when he takes a bath. It's difficult to get him to take a bath because he wants to keep playing, but after we bought this product, he's more inclined to take his game in the bath. The numbers written help him count but I wish they had sold more with the remaining numbers as he only counts to 3 now. Jokes aside, I recommend this, and of course it's child-to-child bliss, but he notoriously short attention span and has been playing with the toy every dayโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Brilliantly made
Cons
  • Can take damage

Definitely a must have for a teething toddler exploring the world

Bought this for my 11 month old granddaughter to use at the water table, pool and bath. She is also teething and liked being able to hold a pen. The little characters are very colorful and fit perfectly in their little mouths. All sides are soft, smooth and feel good on the gums. It was designed so she couldn't put a pen in her mouth, which was perfect. She chewed on the noble end. Playing in the water, she learned from her older cousins that she could use the net (very powerful) to collect her

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Makes me nervous

Toy ok -- lost stars due to packaging

We bought this little net and fish for our 16 month old grandson who goes to bed about once a week. Since he doesn't bathe here every night, the plastic hasn't worn much yet, so the paint looks solid so far. He especially likes the net and uses it to scoop up all his bath toys. It might have looked nice hanging from a hanger of hard, shiny plastic showing the toy inside, but it had no perforations or tabs. I had to force a pair of scissors to cut it open to free the toy. I will not buy a toyโ€ฆ
