I have a high arch 9.5-10, a foot half a size too small, overall a medium size. I bought 10.5 because shoes usually run small. I buy the Saucony Echelon because it has a deeper heel fit. I need this for my orthopedic insoles. If I didn't need these shoes for my earbuds I wouldn't buy them. They never come in pretty colors.
