Easy way t archive and file paper documents

I like how easy it makes sorting mail to be archived, but not actually saved in one place so that you have all of them organized by date or sender/recipient would make life easier! Sorting through hundreds upon thousands just isn't very efficient for me at this time because there are no quick searches available (that's why i had been using other services). The fact they offer more than basic accounts helps with my organization needs as well since we receive such large amounts from our businessโ€ฆ

Pros
  • The fact that you can scan any type of mail, not just letters
Cons
  • It's not easy to search through all of the mail you have scanned, but I'm sure that will change as time goes on

Scansoft is great and really helpful tool

It's very easy to use, it has many features that are useful for any business owner or employee who needs access from anywhere in order receive mail when away at work/home etc., I have no dislikes as everything works well with this software! The only thing i dislike about scanmailboxis they don't provide you wih their phone number so if there was anything wrong we couldnโ€™t contact them quickly enough!! Make sure your email address matches exactly what will be going out because sometimes emailsโ€ฆ
