I love to scan food and was delighted with the set but one frying pan was damaged. was afraid to order a replacement based on feedback from others who have received a damaged item.

One of our pans arrived dented so we exchanged them (they asked us to return the whole set) only to get another dented pan with our new set! We then tried to contact Scanpan directly but they were unable to honor the guarantee. The pans themselves are great, but now we have a dented pan and given how expensive this product is, it's pretty tiring.

Love the two pans we received with this set they are exactly as advertised but I have ordered this set twice before and both times the pan was on dented the same place Once returned and offered to send a replacement, now they are not offering a replacement only a refund. What are you saying, Scanpan? This looks like a manufacturing issue. Can I send you a dented frying pan for a new one without a dent?

I am impressed with the quality of the pots and pans, excellent heat distribution. I managed to fry with almost no oil. I had the same problem as others with a dented pan and it was scratched too. The type of packaging explains this, the pan is not properly protected from friction and pressure. I highly recommend this product but buy pots and pans separately. This way it will be better packed and you will receive your product intact. I love pots and pans so much I'm still giving 5 stars because

Scanpan may not have the same prestige as other brands, but it is definitely not inferior to high-end brands. I had a pan without a lid, it was a gift and I wanted a few more. Since I live alone, I don't need any of these 10 collections. It meets all requirements. The pans are heavier than the ones I already had which is a plus.
