I am impressed with the quality of the pots and pans, excellent heat distribution. I managed to fry with almost no oil. I had the same problem as others with a dented pan and it was scratched too. The type of packaging explains this, the pan is not properly protected from friction and pressure. I highly recommend this product but buy pots and pans separately. This way it will be better packed and you will receive your product intact. I love pots and pans so much I'm still giving 5 stars because this isn't a packaging rating.
