Didn't know suction was needed? Although I like it. The only thing I would complain about is that it doesn't feel very durable. I thought ceramic would be thicker.

Exactly what I need! I hesitated for a long time before buying it, but now I'm so glad I did. I use two sponges; one for washing tables and one for washing dishes. It's so cute and gives my lips a "home" instead of just lying around. Would buy again!

Bought when I got a new kitchen hoping my husband would stop leaving sponges on the sink floor. It worked BUT he kept leaving brass washcloths on the stainless steel sink because the sponge holder was full. TAAAAAAA, I bought another one!

This is the second item I have bought from this seller. The sponge holder is just what I needed. It looks good and fits 2 regular size sponges. He does what he has to do. When asked, the seller sent me a plug for the hole in the bottom of the bracket. I appreciate the company that sent me the fork. I am happy with my purchase.

This is what I was looking for: a simple, elegant holder for two sponges in our modern kitchen. One slot is for a sponge for wiping countertops, the other slot is for a sponge for cleaning dishes. I didn't want the two jaws touching (ugh) and this holder design keeps them separate. Too many other sponge coasters have been overly decorative and ornate. Less more!

Functional and stylish (which is pretty funny considering it's a sponge holder). I had a few comments on this that should say something as this is a kitchen sponge holder! It's not usually a colloquial piece of art lol! The sponges dry out and don't smell like other holders I've had, easy to clean, look great. Finally found a mount that I won't have to throw away in a few months because it's rusted or didn't work.

I have two sponges: one for a dog bowl, the other for real dishes. Nothing else I've found could tell two sponges apart and dry them without major drawbacks (double sink saddle shape, suction cups that never work, two separate holders that now take all my dipping back, etc.). It has none of those issues and keeps my lips dry and organized. The only possible improvement would be more weight as it's light enough to move around a bit when I change sponges.

How many ceramic sponge holders are there. Some of them are prettier than this one. The reasons I went with them were a) a drain hole and b) dual mount option. In the picture I received a single and a double holder. I needed a wire sponge holder. This thing can be awkward to look at, and I don't want it to be "exposed" to the public. It also serves as a kitchen sink plug holder. Why didn't I get 2 double holders? I have no idea @_@ I hope this review helped you decide whether to take it or not.

I really like this holder. I have a small cleaning brush in one slot and a Scotch Brite or Dobie Pad in the other. I was planning on putting it on the edge of the sink next to the faucet but didn't think it through. There is a hole at the bottom of the holder that allows water to drain off the pads, which can cause contamination. It's okay, I just didn't take it into account.
