🌲 Schmidt's Natural Deodorant Cedarwood + Juniper - 2.65 oz. Review

I can use this for about a year. I bought a new batch and don't know if they changed the formula or if I got a bad batch, but I've never had so many itchy armpits before. I almost had to go to the doctor because it looks like I caught an infection from the rash. I managed to heal them with oregano oil. Anyhow, this product smells great, but be aware that it may cause a reaction in your pits.

Pressed 1/4 inch to apply and the whole top parted under my arm like it was Vaseline. There was ZERO smell. It could have been petroleum jelly. Very disappointed - was looking for an alternative non animal tested deodorant from a company that does not test products on animals no matter where their products are sold.

I only use original Schmidt deodorants (not for sensitive skin). I always like to try new fragrances because I'm tired of wearing the same ones over and over again. If you want to smell like sawdust with a hint of pickles (yes, I said pickles), this is for you. I love the smell of cedar but it's too much and I honestly don't know what juniper smells like but I suspect the sour smell is coming in here. When I first applied it I was surprised at how strong it was because the smell was strong. I love the smell but that's about all I like about this product. It has little "crumbs" in it and I'm not sure why. I wear dark clothes, so I can't comment on stains, but I can say: by the time you get home from work, your armpits will already be smelly.
