Unbroken glasses are great! However, the box with the "Fragile" stickers was placed in a large box with another heavy order. The large box came with a dent on the side. There were no "fragile" stickers on the large box. It's a shame not to have a complete usable set. I still recommend buying this product. I would give 5 stars if all glasses were intact.

Unfortunately I was hoping they were genuine as they were close to the price of a glass but I got them due to a very obvious error returned fact that they were not NW. I have about 12 other authentic SZ crystal glasses that I purchased from West Elm and these glasses had nothing to do with them in terms of quality. It was a much thicker lens with a protrusion on the edge (other SZ lenses have clean edges with no "protrusions").

We needed a glass that would swirl the wine and concentrate the aroma. This glass is of the right shape for these purposes. It's also inexpensive and appears to be durable. But it's a little bulky: the leg is too thick, probably because the glass is too big. I searched and could not find a slightly smaller glass of the same shape. They must be available somewhere, since we drank from such dishes in France last year. Of course I would like to know who made them. A plus: this glass appears to…
