One glass broke trying to get it out of the box and another broke within the first two weeks when it fell on its side on the table. These glasses are fragile. I would not recommend it

The price is a bit high but reasonable for the quality you get. My wife may be casual about wine but she was very impressed with these glasses. The glass is clear and even, the right thickness, pleasantly beautiful geometry. The wine looks and tastes fantastic with them!

1 of 6 glasses was broken and had some kind of air bubble. I had higher expectations for the price you pay. I contacted the manufacturer through their website (as suggested by Revain) and was told to contact Revain directly instead. I just wanted to replace one glass; not the whole set.

They are perfect. That's exactly what I wanted. The information in the description is accurate, it is of high quality. I got many compliments and bought them for friends. Nice! Recommended care: 1. Always always always hand wash!2. If you're drinking red wine and can't rinse them right away, rinse them thoroughly to avoid staining the glass. It is not easy!

I like Schott-Zweisel glasses and there are glasses for burgundy and cabernet. I had to return the Bordeaux glasses because of their ridiculous, non-functional height. They rise above everything else on the table, appearing over the top and pretentious. It's embarrassing. Also, the bowl is too deep to wash by hand. You'll need some sort of brush to get to the base. I wouldn't trust them in the dishwasher. The Cabernet glass is an excellent all-round glass; Get them, not Bordeaux glass.

We ordered 12 (2 boxes of 6) glasses. The glasses are exactly what we wanted and expected. Nice. However, the packaging of the glasses was very bad. One box out of six only had labels, no padded box. The second box of 6 was in a bubble wrapped box but the box was not full so the bubble wrapped box crashed into another oversized box. Fortunately nothing broke but I was very surprised by that fact and the way they were packaged without even thinking about what they were.

a glass broke in the dishwasher (washed there five times). It actually broke when I put it in, how very careful, it leaned against the soft plastic thing and cracked. I know, I know. Technically these are Bordeaux red wine glasses but the perfect size for a good Cab, Pinot, Merlot.
