If you are looking for the most versatile tire for the city and the forest, so that it does not make noise on the asphalt and on the ground like your own, this is the best choice! And the price of the Apache is agony (I suspect that it is because of the aroma). Schwalby is always an uncompromising top! If you keep the bike outside the apartment, then you wonโ€™t find better price / quality tires!

Pros
  • Quality compound, flawless molding. Drove from Ekb to St. Petersburg in one breath, never stopping. If not for the drawbridge, I would have gone to Finland
Cons
  • Smell! It doesn't stink, it stinks. I gave one tire to my granny for a couple of days, cockroaches crawled from her drunk neighbors, now the cockroaches, along with the drunk neighbors, have disappeared. In the evening I picked up the tire, in the whole house only granny's light was on and there was deathly silence around, no people, no dogs, no cats, suspiciously . Grandma has a runny nose, everything is ok with her.

Real MTB tire for cycling

Bought MTB for my kids. They replaced standard cheap, heavy, inflexible tires. It is day and night in reaction and conversion. They have very soft and flexible sidewalls, just like a real tire, with a sticky/sticky compound that handles rocks and hard surfaces well. It's also one of the few good 24" tires.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Repair

Amazing Price - Tires

Got 26x2.1 for my old Trek 800. God these things get ripped to pieces for a $30 tire. Very grippy and flexible, I can get them up to around 30psi without worrying about pinching (but either way!), cornering, climbing and braking. The best tire for $30. Will drop the pants of any cheap Chinese tire from Walmart or Big Box.

Pros
  • Nice Packaging
Cons
  • Commercial Availability

Easy to assemble, fit perfectly

Bought 2.4" tires to replace the 1.9" tires on my son's bike. They are wire so don't fold them. Came in a large box, well packaged. Easy to assemble, fits perfectly. The compound seems pretty bland but I think they feel ok compared to my Maxxis MTB tires which cost twice as much. I had to adjust the brake pads to clear a slightly larger tire. Great price here at Revain. I love how they look on the bike.

Excellent tires for the price and expected use

Excellent tires for the price and expected use. These tires have a very narrow profile in the middle and when you drive on the road you only need to inflate the tires a little and they follow the profile and are faster. When you're on the go, just blow out some air and bite down on the side handles. The perfect tire for a touring mountain bike used on asphalt, crowded trails and even loose stuff. The rubber is a bit stiff, so if you're trying to ride over slippery rocks, roots, or wet thingsโ€ฆ

Good on and off road

I replaced an old set of Kenda Comfort tires with these. They were 1.95 inches tall and worked well on-road but were terrible off-road. I wanted to ride more trails and the price was right with them. I chose them mainly because the buttons were so close together in the middle. They can roll down the street pretty decently, and they do. They also handle the trail quite well. The only thing that gives me trouble is loose sand, but I've never had a tire that works well in sand. Overall, I reallyโ€ฆ

Great tires for the price!

I wanted to change the tires on our most recent children's bike without breaking it as we will be selling the bike next year or so. These tires fit perfectly and are definitely an improvement in off-road performance over Trek's stock tires. The tires have only been out for a few days so I will report any problems. Also, they are clincher strips and come in a large package so there was no need to fold them. As I pulled them out I wondered if they would fit. After making sure they are fittedโ€ฆ

Solid tires when cycling

Bought these as a cheap winter alternative (didn't want cleats) for my mountain bike and so far so good. Of course, no non-studded tire is going to do well on ice, but the 1.9 cuts through slush and mud much better than I expected. The walls feel solid even with the more flexible PSI and the grip is excellent. As a winter commuter tire I haven't tested it off-road yet, but most likely I will! In short, this tire feels very versatile and looks like good value for money. UPDATE: They are on myโ€ฆ

Working with very wide tires.

I recently bought a 2.25 inch size which is the max for 26 inch. I need a good tire for the soft sand you sometimes find in Florida. So I tried more and more and it got better. When I got to the 2.1" size, I found that to install or remove the wheel from the bike, the tire had to be deflated to about 15psi. That of course means I unhooked the wheel. Brake caliper, so the pads came loose but that wasn't enough. My bike was designed to barely fit this size. However, the extreme corners of theโ€ฆ
