Worked really well on my dashboard. Fell off after about 2 weeks. I contacted customer service to see if they could send a replacement or at least a different double sided tape but they wanted me to send it. Not worth the shipping as it's cheap anyway. Not very impressed.

I gave this item 3 stars out of 5 because the first one we bought didn't stay on the dash like the others we bought. As a result peeled off on the second day. We have already purchased 3 of these mounts so we know the importance of cleaning the surface with alcohol before installing the mount, pressing firmly on the mount for a few minutes to secure it and leaving the mount 24 hours long time not to use places. These instructions are important if you want your mount to be installed correctly. I

I have used Scoshe's old magnetic mounts with success but I liked that this one has a swiveling head and a stronger magnet for larger phones. It was packaged very nicely and everything looked very good. The clamping nut feels like hard plastic with a soft rubber coating, but pulls well and securely.
