Scott's toilet paper is thin, scratchy, non-absorbent and very expensive! Tissue paper for gift wrapping would be much softer and probably more absorbent. It's so thin it needs to be used three times more often than most other brands of toilet paper. The only positive thing I can say about this toilet paper is that it's easy on your plumbing as it starts to go bad in your hand leaving nothing between your hand and what you are wiping yourself.
