These are good general purpose scrapers. The metal is a bit thin and the wooden handles feel a bit unfinished. But abstracts are cheap and good for what they are.

Used to patch a piece of drywall that has been torn to paper. Primes it and then applies the join connection with them. They work well and have a good margin for flexibility. Not professional level but perfect for casual work

Excellent set. I use these tools to strip lead paint (with all the precautions and necessary personal protective equipment) off an old house. The multi-tool is especially useful for stripping corners and decorative tools. The blades vary in flexibility and width, giving me a full range of solutions.

Knives have a solid wood handle with a continuous blade that protrudes into the handle. This makes the knives very durable. Band knives are flexible and durable and very useful for drywall repairs. The other 2 blades are more ribbed and stronger and just right for scraping. One of the knives even has a curved shape for scraping round surfaces like table legs. A very useful set. These knives will last a lifetime or until borrowed and returned.

I have used Hyde scrapers and spatulas for many years. After just a few uses, they hold up much better. They are stiffer than many similar products so it works well with tile grout for me. The 5 in 1 is great. Should have bought it a long time ago. Although they are made in China, Bates (a Louisiana based company) did a good job in specifying their product and making sure the manufacturer did it well.
