Wrong size screws and holes

Not only can I not use them on my I love Scratches because the old scratch screws/holes are larger, but the top of my scratcher is female and the bottom is male. Even if the new posts fit, they would have had to put in two twin bolts. Useless.

They do not provide a full refund if the item is returned.

Bought this item to renovate my cat's apartment. They didn't fit. Returning item, didn't even get half of what I paid for. The refund I received [which was small] was transferred to Amazon credit. I had to get it on my credit card that I used to pay for the pillars. total disaster.

It was the perfect replacement.

These scratching posts were the perfect replacement and saved me money from not having to buy a brand new cat house. I used to just buy new apartments when the pillars started to collapse. I didn't know I could replace posts! They are great quality and my two cats love them.
