Just a preview

I bought this unit a few months ago for future use and it is close by but I have not been able to get assembly instructions for this unit. I would like to get them so I know how many screws I should have and where to use them. So a link to it would be good.

Part doesn't fit

The third layer panel doesn't fit, must have a corner cut off and won't hold up making it difficult to figure out how to put it together and the product arrived late but yes , I'm not sure if my car will go to the next level, hate to damage it and give it back

It is very difficult for cats to climb the upper shelves.

I really liked the size and color. But my 2 adult cats don't like it at all. It is very difficult for them to get to the 2nd and 3rd shelves. No ladders or protruding shelves to climb to the next level. Each shelf is the same size as the shelf above. As soon as I can afford it I will replace it.

What to do with incorrect orders?

Kittens love to play and nap, worth buying!

We have 3 kittens and they love this scratching post! We also love it because it's fun to watch them play and sleep they played so hard the top swing ball broke and I'd like to know if I can just buy a top perch with a hanging ball so you can keep enjoying it! This is the most versatile stand I've seen, with a box for sleeping and even a hammock underneath. We keep it by the back window and they love looking out at the backyard! There is no disappointment here and we hope to buy this best…

Not so persistent in activity tree

When you send this email it has a strange smell but it eventually goes away. The material is not like that. I like, I thought I would, but that's ok. It doesn't have anchors so it moves a bit and isn't as strong as I thought it would be. My cats love it now. It took them about 2 weeks to get used to it, but now it's one of their favorite roosting places. The assembly instructions are not very clear, but doable, all you need is a bit of analytical thinking and a little common sense, or just look
