Fantastic Service for Remote Customer Support

I like that our customer service team can log in at anytime via mobile device no matter where they are! It's great because we're able fix problems remotely without having any agents out there just waiting around doing nothing!! Sometimes you have some minor glitches but not really anything major so far with this software/service since its been less than 1 month after launch. Overall happy about how fast everything has moved along especially considering such an innovative product was created…

Great way for quick and organized Remote Management

I love that we can have our own customer support team without having an extra person in house! The system has helped us with remote employee management as well which helps keep costs down while still keeping up-to date information about each staff member available at any given time. It's not always easy using this software but once you get used too its very helpful especially if there are multiple people working remotely together (which happens often). Very useful tool for tracking and reporting

The ease with which I can add custom fields (like "customer" / organization) as well has an option that allows me not have users select their own roles when they log into my app via screenmeet! As far as features go this software was fairly intuitive once you got going but there are some things like adding new screens in certain areas could be improved upon so more people would actually use them instead just creating another button/link text box etc.. This product helped us create profiles…
