I love that we can have our own customer support team without having an extra person in house! The system has helped us with remote employee management as well which helps keep costs down while still keeping up-to date information about each staff member available at any given time. It's not always easy using this software but once you get used too its very helpful especially if there are multiple people working remotely together (which happens often). We've been able solve many problems by just looking through previous tickets/emails instead of searching out specific answers individually ourselves - also saves money since no one else needs to be hired specifically only when needed!!
