Works great!: Kraft

Does exactly what I needed: punches holes in laminated answer sheets to facilitate manual grading. Spicy too; Use the cutting board below.

Attention - Punch

Works quite well - and deserves a decent rating - Although I'm a little disappointed in not realizing that a NORMAL punch punches 6-8mm diameter holes. This tool has 3 bits that create 2mm, 3mm and 4mm diameter holes, so small holes :( If that's what you're looking for - great product!

Just BUY NOW

This little hole punch is ready to use. Cards, laminated cardboard, tags - everything works like butter. I was expecting a lot of wrist power and was pleasantly surprised to apply too much pressure and cut the mat unnecessarily. This is by far my favorite punch. In fact, I was so pleased that I decided to write my very first Revain review to celebrate the discovery of this invention.

Works well for paper and paper crafts

I use this product to punch holes in paper and cardboard. Works well, blades are very sharp. (Use a cutting mat!) The bit tends to fall out after a few holes, which is just a little annoying since it comes back so easily. This can be corrected by simply redesigning the collet and bit - adding an edge to the bit and machining the collet to accommodate it, or making the collet tighter than it currently is for a better grip .

Exactly as advertised

It's not super duper, powerful, can cut through a phone book but it can punch through maybe 10 pages with nice clean holes. When you stand over it and push hard and straight. The main disadvantage is that there are no instructions and you have to figure out how to change the tips yourself and you have to keep in mind that the extra tips are hidden in the handle. BUT, it works at the level of its cost. I don't expect it to survive years of heavy use, but I do expect it to work well as long as…

Pros
  • Excellent construction

  • Questionable purchase for seniors

Nice design that works.

This punch looks very similar to the one that I have sold previously that Martha Stewart sold. On the packaging it arrived and it worked well. Martha Stewart's product cut through thin metal like "broken" pennies, but I haven't had a chance to test that with this product. If I do, I will edit this review. It arrived in sealed store packaging, but there were loose paper dots in the box and tooling.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Unbelievable price

Poorly made, cheap metal

Update: Rep gave me a new hit. I was very pleasantly surprised. I appreciate the effort and may change my rating after using this item. Thanks for the good customer service! First Review: The bits were sharp and worked well. The threads on the anchor nut were poor so the bits never held strong and fell out about every 5 uses. I lasted a month with the intermittently working part until just now the metal casing at the base of the shaft broke off. Everything has fallen apart and can no longer be…

Comfortable and works

Very practical. It fits your hand perfectly. I especially appreciate that it keeps different sized strokes under control. It's sharp and punches holes. The only complaint, and this is a very minor one, is that it rotates when you press on it. I'm assuming this should be a feature to help you cut the hole straight, but it actually doesn't work as well as the other non-rotating hole punch. With the old one, I just tapped it with a hammer (or whatever I had handy, to be honest) and it put a hole…
