You made my mother a great sock bag for Christmas. I think they should be a little tide a little cheaper. But overall fast shipping, great packaging and beautiful colors

i use them for burning wood and they are really smooth and don't break! I just want the pens to be color coded because some of them are hard to tell apart. I always have to use note paper to make sure of the colour, especially green as there are 3 green and they are too close to tell in colour, and red if you get the wrong one it turns reddish pink

I read other reviews that said they didn't like that the colors weren't marked on the pencil but I figured that couldn't be a problem since you're just looking at it be able. This is really a problem. It's almost impossible to tell the difference between brown and purple just by looking at that little spike. I need note paper to draw the line first and really see the color. I find this inconvenient when I'm busy drawing. I won't buy this again.

The colors in this set are really nice and rich, but unfortunately it says what colors they are. I need an extra sheet of paper to test them out before using some colors. I was already impressed by the quality after the first strokes! I was initially skeptical and didn't expect them to have the smoothness or depth of color contrast that can be achieved with this set. I switched from blue to gray and red and once the pencil strokes were easy the color came out smoother and deeper than I expected. My previous experience with oil based products has been that they have a vibrant color and mix well. This was not the case with oil-based colored pencils. The packaging they came in was fine, but the pencils were difficult to sharpen with a Staedtler sharpener. Leads broke very easily, and pencils were apparently dropped or thrown because the leads in the wooden box broke.
