My friend recommended I switch to satin tights especially for sleeping to reduce hair breakage. I have very long, straight, medium-density hair. I think it helped. I noticed less dandruff. They're thinner (I didn't want them to look like giant 90's hair ties). They are very soft and stretch well. They have a good medium hold.

They are made of polyester. Pulls my hair a little. I keep it in my car as a spare. Good enough for that, but they don't look like silk on your hair. They are cheaply made and the seams unravel easily, and some are unfinished and fall apart immediately.

I've had them for a few months now and use them almost every day. I originally had a much larger scrunchie that works great when my hair is curly, but when my hair was straightened it just slipped off. Because of this, I wanted a smaller scrunchie, and since I cut my hair, a smaller scrunchie would look better. I ordered these and they are exactly what I need. Holds my hair well and is just the right size. No complaints

I use silk ties to sleep to keep my hair from getting tangled. It is definitely not silk as advertised. However, they work almost as well as the real silk ribbons I have. Well worth the cost of 5 (satin or blend I guess) straps for the price I paid for 2 real silk.

Not recommended. It's a really cheap fabric that doesn't feel soft and makes a plastic crunching noise when you lift it. Otherwise they look as expected, black and shiny, but there's no attempt to hide the stitching where the threads stick out. For a few euros more you can definitely get better quality.

Don't think they're made of silk. Feels more like satin but does the same thing. I bought these because I have thigh length wavy hair and am tired of golf ball sized clumps getting stuck in hair ties. I'm losing so much hair. I have to wear my hair to work and it's always tied in a bun at the end of the day. It helps avoid that and I don't have to twist them three times and put in a lot of bobs for a secure fit. I'm on my way to natural hair growth and it really helps! They don't stick and don't put too much pressure on the hair strands. They are very soft and literally slide off.
