SCS Direct Building Bricks Connectivity Review

Our plates have arrived in great condition. No problems with broken or missing parts. Our biggest complaint is that when these plates are combined with the LEGO brand plates, they become thicker and as a result you cannot put them together correctly. My kids were very disappointed. I ordered more plates because they like to collect plates together and make rooms in a house or connect them to a building. We're keeping them anyway, but it sucks that they're thicker.

Great price for a very good product. When they arrived there was one or two maybe three of the six base plates that had a few pins here and there that were wrong but I'm not complaining they still work and the other thing is the plates are perfect. Works great with Lego and Mega Blok as well as generic unnamed blocks. Fits my son perfectly, loves the table my husband made for him with them. I would recommend this product to anyone at any time.

Perfect! No deformation! Works perfectly with the Lego brand (Duplo also works). I'm not sure about reviews where people say 1- they don't work with Lego, 2- they don't fit exactly, 3- they don't match. We bought these along with the LEGO style bricks we bought for our 6 year old grandson's birthday and they are perfect. They match all of his various brands of building blocks at half price. These Brick Building Baseplates from SCS Direct are strong and I love the different colors. If you're going to be using any building blocks, I highly recommend getting buildplates. it all seems to depend on what they can and want to build. I'm glad my eldest grandson recommended them to me.

I had a hard time deciding between these, I had blue, green, gray and brown for the same price or another listing with exactly the same content as this listing, but the best reviews from more people and a slightly higher price. The Lego bases are so expensive that I'm giving this 2 stars because although they are relatively cheap and strong enough, I don't think they will break unless you or your children do intentional or rash actions with the base plates. they just don't work very well. I bought these based on the good reviews but they are NOT ENOUGH. When lying down they appear to be flat, but if you try to build something on top of them (yes, just one sheet, not several together) Lego will fall off. I use the brand name Lego so it's not bricks. They work with other plates, but not with this one. Try building a lego fence around one of the panels a few rows up and see if it flattens or the legos fall off.
