Yet another from Scythe

Compared to my black Kaze Flex 120 and Noctua 12x25. The WS seemed to have better pressure, airflow but also the noise itself, still relatively quiet albeit for a higher RPM fan. It has also been found that the presence of anything before the WS, such as B. a heat sink, a heat sink, a filter, which greatly reduces noise and makes it much closer to the other two silent champions. Overall a great fan at a great price. Particularly recommended for use as a heat sink/radiator

Pros
  • Case fan
Cons
  • Not all fit

Too loud and erratic buzzing

So I bought it based on several reviews that said the Wonder Snail was as good as NF-A12x25 but cheaper than Noctua Brown. Well, the last two are correct, but in terms of noise, quality and thermals, Noctua has the edge. First, there's an occasional rumble at different speeds, and the fans themselves make a very whirring noise when spinning. Although the hum is not as loud as in the Arctic P12, it is still annoying. These problems appeared a week after the fans were installed, so most likely…

Only radiator, AIO cooler or air cooler!

I searched for information about this fan for a long time and finally bought it. This works great for my Fuma 2 (the stock fan isn't enough for the 5900X) and keeps temperatures nice and low. But most importantly, this fan is designed for the radiator, so the strongest airflow is concentrated in the center of the fan. So if you're buying this for your air cooler or AIO - great! But for a case fan, I recommend the latest Scythe Kaze Flex 1500RPM Black (and it's less noisy than this fan!)

  • Internal components
Cons
  • Basically ok, but...

Too loud Computers and accessories

I expected them to be on par with other similarly designed fans. They are noisy even at low speeds. I think it's the motor, but they were useless to me.

Cons
  • Hard to say
