She loves it and the perfect price!

My 2 year old loves it. She's a little scared and trying to figure out how to get down, but that's okay. We love the Montessori method and it works well for her in the kitchen. It's a bit slippery, so if your child is just learning to walk, make sure they're barefoot or wearing socks. We've added a felt pad to the underside so it can slide easily around the kitchen. This one is great and it amazes me how expensive the others are. Be sure to come along!

Pros
  • Not cheap but decent
Cons
  • I have no dislikes, everything is fine

I bought this for my 18 month old who likes to help in the kitchen. It's durable and I didn't have any odor as stated by others. He actually likes the stand and always wants to be there. I'm giving 3 stars because the bar on the back to keep the baby from falling out is useless. My son fell out twice. The first time I thought he was going to crawl out and fall, but the second time I saw his leg just slip off his back and he lost his balance. I stood right there both times, but it didn't help…

The best buy!

A complete makeover for toddlers! My son loves the stool! It took him a minute to figure out how to crawl under the counter, when he did it he was so excited. We have two, one for the bathroom and one for the kitchen. Now he washes his hands after meals, brushes his teeth and likes to play in the sink. Now he even reaches the light switch in the bathroom! He is 19 months old, about 33 inches tall and weighs 26.5 pounds. This is the ideal countertop height. I was thinking of spending more money…

Fun for kids Learning to cook

This kids stool is a great solution for toddlers in the kitchen. It's thick enough to be strong but thin enough to be light. received white. The paint is good, does not crack or tear. It has smooth edges all around. Good height, perfect for our counters. We noticed a few small issues with this stool. The stool wobbles a little. Something is out of balance. It's not usually a big problem, but it's a bit of a concern for my child. The quick fix we made was to put the extra washer that comes with…

It's great but lacks a security feature.

. It really fell off the second time we used it! She dropped some snacks and bent down to pick them up and fell to the wooden floor, hitting her back and head. We added tie fabric and raised/lowered her when she steps onto and stands on the stool. I can't believe that a feature like this (closing this gap) isn't provided by default. We believe we have mitigated this issue and are otherwise happy with the stool. My toddler loves to use it! Perfect if you "help" prepare the door and watch us in…

Pros
  • . Great for me.
Cons
  • . No instructions.

Overall I really like this ladder. It's well made, easy to assemble, well packaged and looks great in our kitchen! I recommend it! The only possible downside (and we'll see how it will be over time) is that it seems relatively small. (not short, it seems a big growth) daughter 2 years 3 months. Sure, she's always been in the 97th percentile for height, but it already seems like she might have trouble getting in and out. Basically, between banging her head on the back bar and banging her head on

Fun. but beware! Not super safe when assembled properly

I've wanted a stool like this for my daughter for a long time. She loves being a part of what I do and I thought it would be great for Thanksgiving. The only thing that bothered me was that almost all the stools I looked at had a big hole in the back that a child could fall out of. I understand that there should be an opening for the child to get in and out on their own, but I think there should be some sort of safety bar or gate that can be opened and closed to prevent falls. Anyway, I took a…
