🔍 Seachem The Bag Filter Media Bag (3 Pack): Enhancing Your Filtration System! Review

I am a serious aquarist and am always looking for reliable products like Seachem filter bags. I've never seen them offered like this and for me those $3 packs work great. When it comes to filter media bags, Seachem is your best choice.

I wanted it to work. I mainly use Seachem products. But this bag is not what I expected. Getting started with a zipper is a bit awkward. The seams of the bag came undone at the seams advertised as welded, unfortunately they didn't hold. In the first three months, 3 bags couldn't stand it and separated at the seam. I do not recommend.

I thought it was a pack of three sachets of Purigen with Purigen. Guilty. They were just very expensive empty mesh bags. A bit disappointed because I only bought 6 and didn't realize they were empty until I opened and cleaned the canister filter. Not an easy task at all. And the discovery that my media didn't exist was enough to put me off writing this review at the moment. Completely angry. Returning this unusable item. I was very annoyed that I could not change the filters after disassembly.

Tricky Zipper Tool is stupid clumsy. Why not a plastic zipper?! GHOST! The product sticks to the pouch, so if you switch to a fresh purigen, you can't get it out of the compartment without flushing it down the drain. I'm pretty sure this plastic ball filter media can't be flushed down the drain, but there's no other way to get it out of the bag. Back to finished packages.
