Fully cured.

I ordered these two packs and BOTH tubes are completely cured and unusable. Also, one of them had a broken measuring spoon. It is very uncomfortable when you have a sick fish. I just requested a swap so I really hope the next batch will be better. Very disappointing considering Seachem products are usually pretty good.

Pros
  • Does not affect nitrification
Cons
  • Negative result present

He did what he said. Healthy fish again.

I knew I should have quarantined the last batch of new fish, but I didn't. What now. I bought this and within 7-10 days all the affected fish were healthy again. I have a 50 gallon with about 50 fish. Tetras, Barbel, Measles, Plecos, SHRIMP (they are very easy to kill with drugs). I followed the directions to the T and didn't lose a single fish or shrimp.

Pros
  • Treats parasitic fungal and bacterial infections
Cons
  • Almost all right

Prevents the spread of disease without killing beneficial bacteria

I had a freshwater fish with a sudden onset of disease. I chose to leave him in his environment to relieve stress but wanted to make sure the disease wasn't spreading to other fish and that it wasn't damaging the 'good' bacteria or plants or upsetting the water chemistry. Eventually the fish died; the miracle did not happen for him. But the water parameters weren't affected and my other fish didn't get sick. My biggest gripe was the measuring spoon that came with the medicine. When I unscrewed…

Pros
  • Easily removed with charcoal
Cons
  • Almost never
