Bought for me and my daughter to use at home for seafood. The scissors work really well in cutting the crab's legs so you end up with a whole piece of the crab. The red stripper works great too and the crackers are good. I only wish it came in two clear plastic cases so each set could be carried around.

I went out and hit my 10 crab limit here off the coast of Northern California. We cooked them right away, cleaned them and took them home. At home, I used all of the pieces in this set to easily dissect and select all of the crab meat. These tools are essential when cleaning the pickaxe yourself.

ocher is a decent tool set for crabs. His matrices have everything you need to eat crab to the last bite, but the crackers in this set are ridiculously weak. Even with steamed crab, whose shell is softer after cooking, the crackers in the base mix feel like Spacey the first time I used them on snow crab claws. You can probably do better elsewhere if you bought this as an all inclusive package.

You no longer need tools to enjoy homemade crab nights. All the tools work great and really help you get into those tough tough shells. The scissors are excellent and better than they look. I also like a tool that allows you to go deep into the shell so you can get all the meat. The handy drawstring bag is also handy for taking to a shrimp party or hanging out with a friend. It was exactly what I was looking for. Also makes a good gift.

I have a work colleague who has no family and so the job would throw him a birthday party as he is younger and single. I had no idea what to get him but I knew he loved seafood especially crab so I thought it would be perfect. There are 9 pieces and they even have a drawstring tie in the back to keep them all together safe and tight and to keep them out of the way. lost. The crackers are not very high quality and the holes are too big to use on crab legs and some claws. I couldn't find any use for the red plastic part. The scissors aren't very strong either. The picker was basically useless, save for the knuckles. I apologize for this review; but I want others to know what they are buying.
