SiftData is amazing and has improved monitoring drastically

I really like how easy it was for me as an admin of our system, to see all searches from my users in one place! It would be great if we could set up alerts so when someone does something out-of-the ordinary with their search (e.g., they are searching too often or using multiple terms), then have some sort notification sent through email/SMS etc.. That way there wouldn't need to rely solely upon other people's knowledge about what abnormal behavior means - just let us know via alerting method…

  • It's easy to use and allows for monitoring user searches with ease

  • Sometimes the interface can seem clunky and not as user friendly as it should be
