Review on Search Discovery by Ross Bagby

I really like how easy it was for me as an admin of our system, to see all searches from my users in one place! It would be great if we could set up alerts so when someone does something out-of-the ordinary with their search (e.g., they are searching too often or using multiple terms), then have some sort notification sent through email/SMS etc..

That way there wouldn't need to rely solely upon other people's knowledge about what abnormal behavior means - just let us know via alerting method whenever this happens!! The interface itself can sometimes feel clunky at times but nothing majorly negative here either. We've been able to monitor user activity much more effectively since implementing SD into our platform.
