🚗 Optimized Spare Tire Carrier by SeaSense with U-Bolt Design Review

The product's design is disastrous, and it does not deserve to be in the Automotive industry. Based on our own experience, the U Bolt spare tire carrier will cause trouble rather than ease of use. The metal is thin, and the knobs that hold the tire tend to break, creating a dangerous situation on the highway. They have to improve the design before selling it.

I wanted something longer so I had to cut and weld in an extension. It's just a stick, bent and cut with nuts. What else can you say.

For attaching a 12" spare wheel to a small boat trailer. It looks like it's galvanized which is what I need. 1 star deducted due to the long threading distance I had to walk to tighten the tire. I coated the threads with anti-seize lube so it can be removed later. It's just a long thread hanging there, waiting to be messed with.
