It's about adjusting the amount of air so that it's almost flat. I use a different size on my motorcycle. This product is better than the Airhawk brand. The Airhawk is made from polyester while the Air Seat innovation is made from neoprene which is quieter and more comfortable.

I put off this review because I was honestly ashamed to admit I spent that much money on a pillow. This pillow started leaking shortly after the comeback period and never helped to relieve my sciatica pain. This is far from the price they charge given the short lifespan. More money down the drain.

While I'm very impressed, the cushion absorbs all the little bumps and vibrations on a rough road, not my back. I feel much better and have no pain after commuting. I would like them to also make a lumbar support pillow for my car which was made before the mandatory prop was built in.

This cushion offers enough relief for those who sit a lot for work or other reasons. We bought a truck for hubs because it drives at least several hours a day and also stands for a long time. The new trucks put his feet in an awkward position, making his life a lot easier. He needs some kind of cover that he has.

We tried different wheelchair cushions and even the expensive therapist recommended foam cushions failed after only about a month. They had a permanent concave section of just over 100lb patient use. I was looking for a pillow that would not shrink over time and would protect my spine and tailbone.
