Best Machine Among Bakery Machines

I bought this Cuisinart Bread Maker (CBK200) which I was very happy with. This Secura machine is even better. I like how the loaf pan stays in place in the oven; much stronger than in cuisenart. I wish this car didn't use so much metal but I'll see how it works. If there are any problems with this, I'll let you know.

The kitchen is full of smoke. MALFUNCTION!

I have used this machine TWICE! My first bread was perfect. My second loaf as soon as I started baking the whole kitchen filled with smoke and I was scared! I immediately wrote to the company and they responded quickly and very nicely. They said it was defective and asked me to cut the chord and send them a photo. Then they told me they would refund my money. It hasn't happened yet, but I'll be keeping an eye on my Revain account to make sure it's done. Very disappointed with the car. I have…

Good price, works well

I am very happy with this bread maker. I haven't had any difficulties and it's pretty easy to use. You need to make sure your ingredients fit the measure without too much variation, because if they're too wet or too dry they won't mix properly. Sometimes I have to do a little hand kneading during the 1st rest cycle to make sure the mixture mixes properly (pause), but it's not too much of a hassle. I suspect that every bread maker of this type will be the same. The only thing I would like to…

Fantastic machine for baking great bread

Update: This machine was a lifesaver in 2020. We bake dough/bread from once a week to 2-3 times a week and sometimes 2 times a day depending on need. It continues to deliver excellent results. I love the consistency and durability. We had no problems with the oars or the temperature. 😎👍 I love this machine. I'm a lifelong baker looking for a quick fix for the days when I don't bake or want to clean up the mess. I've never been a fan of bread machines before. I waited until I baked at least 2…

This is the budget car you want

9/12/19 Update It's close enough to the 9 month mark so thought I'd update quickly. It still works and it's a really good bread maker. I use the soft breads cycle most often. Although I think I actually prefer the French bread cycle because the crumb actually comes out a bit softer than the soft cycle. Find out lol. Adding gluten to recipes also helps make the crumb softer and more elastic. And no, it won't be the same kind of loaves you get if you bake bread by hand. But for a car, it's a very
