🚚 QG2828 Quik Grip V-Bar Light Truck LRS Tire Traction Chain - Set of 2 by Security Chain Company Review

Both chains broke 5 minutes after first use. Terrible quality. The weak point is where the horizontal chains attach to the round links. It's just bent over the metal instead of a welded joint. They fell at the first torque. Complete waste. I bought a set of these and a set from a hardware store that looked like cheap junk. Cheap junk just got 100 times lighter and it's still going strong. Terrible

I do not recommend these chains I was so excited about these qualities I was looking for that I couldn't wait to get them. because we were planning a snow trip in a few days. But when I got them I found that they don't have a safety link that secures the chain around your tires, it's a must. I called the manufacturer, they said this model should come with them. I ordered these chains a few months ago. the ones i got back then were perfect and i love them. I realized I needed a different set to get up the driveway so I ordered the same product again. I literally went to an old order and chose the same product and bought it. They just arrived and they are not the same chains. The main difference (probably the only one) is that they do NOT have a locking connector on one side of the chain: there are only hooks on either side to hook onto the chain. I've…
