This is a decoy camera

This is for our guest room. Our recent guests (my sister-in-law and her new toy boy) "had it" so much while staying with us that we were a little embarrassed to hear the excited noise, and the bed was about 8 inches from the wall removed when they left (scratching my wooden floors) - No apologies from them, and how do you approach such an issue? This "camera" will help - they will be visiting again soon, so I put the camera in a corner and put up a small sign that says "Please note that allโ€ฆ

Enough for what they are: Simple deterrent

I would recommend two things: 1. Place them where nobody can see them or easily reach them.2. Make sure it's not in a very windy place as it might get damaged. It's made of plastic, similar to what you'd expect from a toy. The "sun cover" at the top is removable so you can take it off if you want, but that's also a bad thing as it comes off fairly easily and needs to be snapped just right to keep it in place. , so this should serve as the main deterrent, but remember that this is not securityโ€ฆ

Normal looking, too bad they didn't have flashing solar powered lights at night so they could be seen in the dark.

This is definitely not motion detection or night vision as it is a "dummy camera". I had to use 3M tape to hang it up because the inside of my window seal is concrete and I could screw a nail into it. The screws are very short so when trying to tighten them they just fall off. I live in an apartment complex with a bunch of punk kids and untrustworthy people walking around so I put this on my window with a CCTV sticker on my back door, my part of the yard and my car to make people think myโ€ฆ
