The rusty tools just arrived a few minutes ago.

When I opened the plastic packaging, I found all the parts with rust on them. They can be made of high carbon steel, but they must be properly boxed so they don't get wet and rusty before boxing. Since it was in well sealed packaging I can only assume the factory boxed it and didn't coat it properly to prevent rusting. I don't currently recommend them.

The product appears to be used, newly packaged or very old, it was dug up on the floor of a warehouse

Rust on tools and packaging, hope they work after cleaning them. the tool bag is covered in so much dust that you can see the tool bag imprint on the box, worst item I have ever received from Revain; Photos are available, just need to email them. I do not have to pay for this item and do not want to waste my time returning it on 07/10/2020

Inexpensive set of tasks and questions

There is no indication on the product itself or on the packaging as to the specific quality of the steel used in its manufacture. The storage bag does not fold as advertised; it doesn't match at all. The label on the box indicates a 5/16" bit, but the included bit is marked 9/16". You have to determine which one is wrong. The pouch is not sewn into separate pockets for individual bits; Instead, the elastic is sewn into compartments inside the pouch, which in turn has two compartments. The…
