The product appears to be used, newly packaged or very old, it was dug up on the floor of a warehouse
Rust on tools and packaging, hope they work after cleaning them. the tool bag is covered in so much dust that you can see the tool bag imprint on the box, worst item I have ever received from Revain; Photos are available, just need to email them. I do not have to pay for this item and do not want to waste my time returning it on 07/10/2020
