Don't waste your time and money. If you join two 1x3 pieces at a 90 degree angle and then tighten both clamps, the boards will move at an angle.

The material this thing is made of is oil-like. Attempting to pinch something will eat away at the soft debris holding the screws in place, rendering this tool useless.

This tool worked well the first few times I used it. The first time I put some pressure on the clamp it broke. One of the corkscrew clamps no longer engages.

Most people don't use something like this every day. Nice to have when that special project comes along. The time has come, the product has failed. One of the screwdrivers snapped past the clip and came loose. It's useless now. Return not possible because "return window has disappeared".

I bought it because I needed it and it was cheaper. Obviously I got what I paid for, one of the vices is removed after one use. I'm pretty skilled, but I can't fix it. Next time I'll buy a better brand that won't break after one use. I may have bought an unreliable one, but I would have preferred one that actually works.

I don't usually buy cheaper clamps but I didn't think I needed more. Let's say it's not the best option and I wouldn't buy it again. Possibly if you use it to create basic frames with 1x2. Looking back I will never use it again so I should have paid double or more and got more value from a higher quality item. I really should know better.

Maybe I expected too much from them but the threads on the bolt break even when tightening a 2x4 jaw with moderate force. It no longer fires after a quick trigger, I have to turn the knob a couple of times before it fires. The clip itself is cast aluminum, on large stock it won't hold a corner, even on lighter wood like pine. I used it with white oak and it was 4 degrees at 6 feet. I wouldn't recommend getting this. Spend more money and get something better.
