use crap from this thing 6 days a week it heats up fast and the setting just works but I run my 5 hours a day at full power if not more and it just works amazing

This pistol gets very hot and comes with neat accessories. I used it to remake a few CPU sockets. A carrying case would be nice but for the price I have nothing to complain about. I would buy this again. The variable temperature could have been better, hence the one star deduction.

I first bought it to heat car foil adhesive. I then started using it to finish roasting my sou vide meat to sear it. It works better than Searzall. Then. My sprinklers broke and I had to bend the pipe with them. It's getting very hot. Hotter than most entry-level heat guns. It's great for the price and I'm buying another one just to use for eating.

I recommend this to anyone looking for an inexpensive heat gun that still has many of the good features that more expensive ones have. Adjustable heating levels and two different fan speeds. Comes with multiple nozzles for shrinking, paint peeling, etc. and heats up very quickly. The metal tip on this thing stays hot for a while after use, but another nice feature is that the gun can stand on its own so you can let it cool down without worrying about burning the table or anything like that…

This Seekone 1800W Variable Temperature Heat Gun exceeded my expectations. I have used this product primarily for heat shrink tubing covering wire solder joints. It's much more accurate and easier to use than the mini butane torch I used years ago. The variable temperature control is an added bonus feature, plus it has a shrink nozzle that works really well. I'm glad I made this purchase and I hope it will last a very long time.
